Booked a room with magnificent views of the mountains. There where coffee and tea making facilities, and refrigerators too. This accommodation was in the very central location in the center of town.

The hotel offers good choice of food that was awesome. The room is big with generous toiletries, the venue features a downstairs bar onsite.

Probably the fact that the Internet did not work. It's kinda important in this day and age, especially for travelers!

Loved this great stay in the wonderful town of Jasper. The hotel was really close to Jasper and the restaurant and Wildlife museum thanks to its marvellous location. Had brunch in the Earl's Restaurant, located...

Located just across from the railway station, so this motel is a great choice for the early morning start required for train journey. Staff at the bar downstairs were very helpful and friendly.
Staff at front desk were not the friendliest. Room was stifling. Even after turning off the heating, opening the windows and turning on the air conditioner, the place was still hot. Location makes up for this, particularly if you need to get up early in the morning to catch the train. Would recommend this place purely based on location to train station.

Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Jasper
The Italian restaurant offered delicious meals. The hotel's central location made exploring Jasper easy. Just a heads up-the toilet flush could use a boost in pressure!

We booked on line so were not entirely aware of the position of the hotel but were pleased to find it was in the centre and across the road from the rail station as we were en route to Vancouver via Canadian Railway. It suited us just fine....

Convenient to the town, bars and restaurants.
We stayed at Whistlers Inn for two nights. The room we were given was very small but for overnight stops adequate, it was in the older part of the hotel, however when it came to sleeping the room next door which was an ajoining family room had the television on from which we could hear every word, on top of this everytime someone went to the bathroom the noise was unbelievable. My husband went down to reception and they moved us to an updated room with two large double beds..the room was a lot nicer but there is no or very little soundproofing and people obove us were walking around from 2am.The biggest problem with Whistlers Inn is that its opposite the train station...very convenient if your catching the Rocky Mountaineer b ut beware, people rise from 4am and meet downstairs in hotel lobby around 5.30am so it's very noisy!

Location in centre of Jasper, pub attached to it.
Poor staff, unhelpful. Expensive for the quality and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast times took ages - about 30-40 minutes for a cooked breakfast even at quiet time.

Perfect for a group getaway
The location is perfect! You can walk everywhere, really made it easy for us. And the rooftop hot tubs were just the cherry on top after a long day!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what we got.

Nice room overlooking the main street. Close to centre of Jasper.
Limited parking on a first come basis. Very cramped parking area. Poor signage from the main street and we missed the hotel when we drove past.
